Adam Walker

Adam was born and raised in Austin, Texas and is a graduate of Bowie High School. He likes to say that he and Austin grew up together. Adam studied finance and economics in college and has extensive investment-related education and training. Adam started developing his investment portfolio at the age of 14, and bought his first investment property at the age of 18, a duplex that he still manages in South Austin. He has since bought and sold several additional investment properties through short sales, REOs, Auction Properties, and distressed sellers. He holds a Broker’s license in Real Estate and Insurance, and he maintains multiple Securities licenses.

Adam enjoys public speaking about all areas of finance and investment education. His hobbies are exercising, reading, touring properties, boating, and watching sports. The Walker family has a combined seven Dachshunds. Adam owns two males named Bevo and Blue. They are regulars at the annual Buda Weiner Dog Races in April. Adam has been married to his lovely wife Bridget since January of 2006.

Adam’s goal and passion is to help as many people as possible become totally financially independent and to leave the world a better place than he found it.
